Description

ARCHIVIST NOTE: The pdf of the first ten pages of this guide has been corrupted. Complete guide in archive. Will update item in the future with a new pdf.

The guide itself was created early on in SAGA's existence, meant to be a reference guide for services and resources for transgender people in Southern Arizona. These resources include trans-friendly businesses, trans-accommodating clothing stores, legal defense, trans-friendly houses of worship, medical transition providers such as electrolygists, laser technicians, gender therapists, and primary care doctors willing to prescribe hormone replacement therapy. This was included in Folder 2 of the Southern Arizona Gender Alliance 20th Anniversary Collection most likely for volunteers and workers to have resources available for any transgender people looking for something specific at the events that was not offered there, but was available in the larger community.
