Roman Bailey

This kite is made of dark blue fabric over wooden rods. THe border is white paint with yellow accent on the bottom and top. In the center is “Roman Bailey” in yellow letters. Underneath is “4-2-13” written in red glitter with an unknown design besides it also made from red glitter. Underneath this is a painting of a white sign with “Spokane” written on it in black lettering. Directly to the right is a red fabric butterfly that has been glued on.
